IT BEGINS

London awaits.
Im off to follow my passion! I'm currently sitting in Hong Kong airport waiting to board my connecting flight to London, where I will follow my dream to become a professional chef. I cant contain my delight and excitement at begin my journey. I will begin studying at Le Cordon Bleu on Friday 29th of June.
I will use this blog to document my dining experiences, kitchen encounter, and travels.
